Fat Loss, Fasted Cardio Frustration
I've been doing 45 minutes of fasted cardio every morning and after two months I'm stuck. My training, nutrition and sleep is good, but I'm not burning any more fat and I'm afraid I'm even starting to lose muscle. What am I doing wrong?
1) First, DO NOT perform fasted cardio first thing in the morning on a completely empty stomach. Doing so will in fact encourage muscle wasting.
